Heat pumps - Air source heating - Applications

Air source heat pumps can be used in renovations and upgrades, to replace your boiler. However, you must make sure that your heat emitters can be used with the water temperature generated by the heat pump. By upgrading your home insulation during the renovation, you can lower the water temperature needed for the heating system. A low temperature air source heat pump combined with a low temperature underfloor heating system and/or fan coil units will provide comfortable, efficient heating in a new home.
